I was so very pleased and happy with the work that Wes Gibson Jr. And his crew did at my home. They arrived on time, very polite, and respectful. Great job on my basement, protected my floors , and cleaned up everything when finished. I would definitely and highly recommend them.

Lack of communication, no credit for unused supplies, didn’t clean up work area, leaving nails and debris in yard and driveway. Had to call to get the trash bin picked up 6days after the job was completed and left materials in the driveway! Service has went downhill over the last 7 years. Very sad!

I would like to thank Steve and Gary from Seagate for coming out to make sure their work on our home repairs were completed at a high standard. I would like to thank them for understanding our frustration with the original project and fixing all the issues that we had in a timely manner. Seagate Roofing and Foundation Services clearly gave the write out and draw out for the basement waterproofing job to my house, with easy to read measurements. They sealed accorded areas per description; going from an in flowing water problem to it's 18 years later now and dry as a bone. A true house and home saving repair, thanks.

My 28 year old concrete porch development foundation cracks. I obtained multiple quotes and opinions, including a completely inaccurate diagnosis of the problem from another foundation company. Seagate's diagnosis by Tom was proven 100% accurate as could be seen when the dirt was excavated. We had helical piers installed by Wes and Tim from Seagate. Very professional, experienced and excellent explanations of what they were doing and why. They could not have been better. Antonio then came in to pour new concrete. Like the others, he was professional, polite and explained everything well. All the workers were great representatives for their business.
A rainy April delayed the concrete work, so I can't blame Seagate for the weather. One tiny criticism is that I'm not sure the office people communicate well with the on site workers as to scheduling. I don't know whose fault that is, but anytime I called I got a prompt response from someone. Not a big deal at all, but calling it as I see it.
Finally, their pricing seems a tiny bit higher than others. However, you get what you pay for and in my case, I received a high quality job.
The bottom line--- I would absolutely use Seagate again and recommend them.

The 3 gentlemen did our 2 vertical basement repair with excellent attention to detail and precision with draping for protection. Since 2019 Seagate has been my go to for all exterior services for my home. They did my inspection, patched up the masonry on my chimney, replaced the roof, and just today fixed my siding. I'd like to give a special thanks to Gary and his team for stopping by the next day I called to fix my siding in 25 degree weather. On the house. You just can't find service like that these days. Please consider them for your next project.

I had Seagate come out to inspect the roof on a property I was considering purchasing during my inspection period. The house had a new roof and the detached garage had a roof that was aged at about 15-20 years. I wanted both inspected, as even new roofs can have unforeseen issues and I wanted to have them review the quality of the work that was previously done. Steve at Seagate was prompt and responsive when setting up the appointment with me, and Keith - who ultimately completed the inspection - was early and very informative during the appointment.
I asked a lot of questions, and Keith helped me better understand some of the smaller issues that would need correcting on the new roof, and what would need addressing in the future on the older garage roof.
He also gave me rough estimates for the repairs and eventual replacement on the older roof so I could factor that into my estimated future costs of home ownership which eased my mind quite a bit.
Grateful they offer this service, and looking forward to hiring them in the future!

My experience with Seagate has been excellent. First, They gave me a fair quote on the crawlsoace water abatement. Next, The team of men doing the work have been processional, polite, and ready to answer any questions I’ve had. These men have been prompt each day, consistent in their work and have worked well as a team. There is good communication between them and also with my husband and I. The work is exactly as stated in the contract, I highly recommend this company .

One of your trucks just flew past driving about 80 in a 60 construction zone weaving in and out of traffic. Peddle to the floor at the light on Miami St while getting on 75 too. I couldn't catch up to take picture. Please drive more safely especially while driving a billboard and being the face of your company!

I had a new Gutter and covers put on my garage. The installation crew was great. Keith Sortor seemed like a good guy. I paid a little over half of estimate for the job on Nov. 6, 2024. On Nov. 11, I called the office and the girl said I don't think your job has been sent upstairs yet, to be scheduled, but they will call you when the job is given a date to be done. I would expect the process to be faster. I think to schedule a job and call the customer as to when the job will or might be done should take no longer than 7 business days. So I waited and waited and called the office on Nov. 26. She said that I will call Keith to see what was happening. I was called back the next day and he said he was sorry but he was under the weather lately. But that he would be out to do the job on Monday the 1st of Dec. I think it was too slow, just to get the job upstairs, and for upstairs to call and ask me if the date they have open to do the job fits my schedule. I fault getting the job upstairs and upstairs for not scheduling fast enough, especially when you pay half upfront. But the gutter looks great and the workers were excellent. Following last year's severe storm at Point Place that resulted in significant damages to our roof and siding, our neighbor recommended Seagate Roofing as our best choice to have repairs completed. We were provided contact information for Seagate representative Steve Naylor who quickly assessed the damages and provided an estimate which very closely corresponded to our insurance adjuster's assessment thus expediting the claim process. All crews sent by Seagate to replace roofing, siding, and gutters did their jobs quickly and professionally while actively addressing any and all of our concerns. End result was a job well done which exceeded my best expectations in regards to quality of workmanship, materials, and customer service. Thank You Seagate!

Seagate did our roof, siding and gutters after our house was hit by the tornado in June of 2023. We were very impressed with the whole process from the initial meeting , the estimate, the workmanship , attention to detail. Everyone involved was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

I have no complaints about the roof itself. My complaint is they did not clean up after themselves. They took the dumpster away and left all the debris that was around and underneath it on the driveway. There were several nails left in the driveway. There is a toddler that is frequently at the house. The workers should have cleaned up and made sure all of the nails were picked up so that no one either stepped on them or gets one in their tire

Seagate waterproofing did a top notched job in our basement! Started the job before the promised date and the crew was professional efficient and made sure our home was cleaned up every night before they left. With last Friday's hard rain and winds we developed a leak in our great room. I called my insurance and they gave me some names I never heard of. I called the roofer that we used for our stores and they no longer do home roofing projects and they gave me the number to Seagate. Talked to a nice lady and scheduled an appointment to look at the roof, she got my name and address. Five minutes later she called me back and said that based on the address they were the company the installed the roof and although the previous owner did not properly transfer the Owens Corning contact the Seagate 10 year contract was still valid. A nice worker came out today to fix the roof and someone is coming out to repair the ceiling in the great room. How lucky is that, I could have called a 100 other roofers but called Seagate and because of them being an honest company staffed with employees that have a great amount of integrity we got everything repaired at no cost to us. If your thinking of a new roof, you should certainly call Seagate as they stand by their work 100 percent!
